Bachelor's degree of minimum three-year duration (or equivalent) in any discipline, from a recognized University, with at least 55% marks in aggregate. Final year degree students, who expect to complete their final examinations and other requirements for obtaining the degree by May 31, 2027, can also apply.

The Test/Examination fee for XGMT is 1500 INR. Applicants opting for XAT/CAT/GMAT are required to follow the XAT/CAT/GMAT advertisements respectively and apply in time. Registering for XAT/CAT/GMAT is a prerequisite for applying to XIM University's MBA-BM program, if not opting for XGMT. XGMT has no separate form. Once opted for XGMT against any program(s), candidate(s) will be automatically registered for XGMT to be held on January 25, 2027.
| Step 1: | Enter your basic credentials in the New User section to get your unique XU ID/Login ID/Username and Password by email for logging into the application form of XIM University. |
| Step 2: | In the Existing User section, login with your XU ID/ Login ID/Username and Password. Fill out the Personal Details, Education and Work Experience details, Choose the program/s you want to apply for and the respective test option/s, Write your Statement of Purpose (SoP), Upload your photo & signature and Submit. (You may keep ready the scanned/digital images of your photo/signature in JPEG format, in advance. The photo must be between 50KB and 100KB in size, and the signature must be 250–300px wide, 50–80px in height, and under 60KB in size.) |
| Step 3: | Pay the application fee through the Payment Gateway. (Application fee is 1800 INR for the first option, and 400 INR each for the subsequent options. Use single form for applying for multiple programs and/or through multiple tests.) |
If you have filled in the application form and paid the application fee successfully, you will receive the confirmation by email regarding the acceptance of your online application form.
Candidates short-listed on the basis of admission test (XAT, CAT, GMAT, or XGMT) scores will be called for Group Discussion, Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview at Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata or Mumbai (if held offline). Candidates will have to meet their own travel/stay expenses to attend the interview session. Please note that the modalities of the shortlisting/selection process will be shared with the candidates in due course. The final selection will be based on the candidate's performance in XAT/CAT/GMAT/XGMT, interview session, and will take into account the past academic record and relevant work experience. The admission offer letter issue to the selected and waitlisted candidate are provisional in nature.
